Walk the property
Hear how you live in the house, what has to stay, and what the budget can hold.
The owner
East Coast GC is a general contracting practice, not a lead form sold to three other builders. Luis Nunez walks the property, writes the number, and stays on the job.
The work is houses in North Carolina: new construction, additions, and remodels that have to respect a house someone is still living in. The standard is the Pine Farmhouse. Quiet materials, straight lines, and a roof that looks decided.

In writing. A change states the work, the cost, and the time, and it is approved before the crew does it.
North Carolina. The Piedmont, the Triad, Charlotte, and toward the coast. If the drive is honest for the size of the job, that is said first.
Luis. Trades are coordinated, but you are not handed from estimator to someone you have never met.
