North Carolina / General contractor

Built by the person who bid it.

East Coast GC is Luis Nunez. New homes, additions, and remodels, scoped in writing, with one name on the note.

White farmhouse with a charcoal roof, gabled dormers, and a covered entry on a green lawn

Pine farmhouse. The finish line East Coast GC builds to.

Owner on the job

Luis Nunez bids it and stays on it. You are not routed to a call center.

Scope in writing

What is included, what is not, and what an allowance covers, before construction.

One address that works

Eastcoastgc1@outlook.com is the owner. This demo does not send that mail for you.

A site you can live beside

Dust controlled, paths kept clear, and the day closed so the house is usable overnight.

Services

Houses, and the rooms inside them.

All six services

The work

How a job runs

Four steps. No handoff in the middle.

01

Walk the property

Luis comes to the house. You talk about how you live in it and what the budget can honestly hold.

02

Write the scope

Drawings, allowances, exclusions, and a schedule go on paper before a nail is pulled.

03

Build, and report

One point of contact. A weekly note. Changes are written before the work changes.

04

Walk it together

Punch list in hand. You get the warranties, the paint colors, and a person who still answers.

You will not be handed to a crew you have never met. If the scope changes, you see it in writing first.
